It is a radical change in the processes of the entire operational chain, bringing innovation, in fact, into our company. Deeply committed were brought together Alberto Botti, Mark Rubin, Hector Villheca, Eduardo Castro Mello, Fernando Brandão, Mario Biselli, Katchborian, Edson Elito, Elisabete França, Sergio Roberto Parada, Henrique Cambiagui, Adriana Levisky ... members of the Advisory and Deliberative Board, among countless others responsible for the various associates and their long years of professional practice.

Innovation is a development that people find useful or meaningful. To be innovative, architects - and architectural works themselves - must become more responsive to their users and environments. In other words, they must incorporate feedback from their physical and cultural contexts, rather than relying solely on conventional analytical or internal development processes ... from design to construction. We believe that the development does not exclude the “Tailor Made”, this seems to us the challenge, to synthesize all the elements that make up the character of a building. The sum of all its elements added to the urban landscape where it is inserted is what gives it the richness of its existence. For this, and not another reason, we believe so much that the union of professionals from the most different areas related to the sector is the key word of the good solution.
